Experimenting with the Bokeh Effect
I took pictures of fireworks exploding using my own camera, I really like this effect as you can't make out what the object is and it creats a sence of mystery.

Bokeh Effect
The band wanted a Bokeh effect within the narritive parts of the video, especially in the fight scene to capture a sense of the girls heart breaking and distortion in her future. The 'blur' effect also known as Bokeh is seen in many popular music videos and I agreed with the band that it would make their music video seem more life like and not as staged. An example of Bokeh is to the left hand side.
